Thinking of losing weight can be scary. And fear is in the mind.
I was no different.
But ultimately, I was determined to be perceived as competent. [As an overweight person, people judge you as unable to make good decisions]. Is that what you want? Of course not!
I discovered Ideal Protein, and helped my husband lose 40-pounds in one month. We lost the weight together. And this excitement in helping make weight loss easier for people was the motivation to start my Ideal Protein, Keto Diet center!
It’s become more successful than I would have imagined. I have well-over 150 weight loss patients, and I coach more people every week.

Find a weight coach and learn everything you can from them.
