My secret is. I show up every day enthusiastic and ready to complete my goals right, and move-on, both in my personal life and my business life.
That’s how I went from being the mother of three children in 1997, to growing a national business in 2010. Today I run Weight Loss Science and a Digital Marketing company.

It’s become more successful than I would have imagined. I have well-over 150 weight loss patients, and I coach more people every week.
And in addition to teaching weight loss I’ve also learned a lot, which prompts one final piece of advice:
Find a weight coach and learn everything you can from them.
You don’t have to blaze a whole new trail alone, when there’s so much valuable information and people here to help you succeed. Best of luck — thanks for reading!
